History The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program has been serving residents of Steuben County for over 25 years. Our mission is to inspire and coordinate the service of senior volunteers whose lives are enriched while effectively addressing needs in the community. RSVP is the premier organization engaging senior volunteers in improving and enriching the lives in our community.

Since its early days in Steuben County, RSVP has grown to over 600 volunteers. These dedicated people give over 100,000 hours of service per year to enhance the quality of life for residents in Steuben County.
