Our Help Desk answers over 1000 computer-related calls per year. We provide solutions to all the county departments for software and hardware issues. The Help Desk Staff solves 50% of the problems over the telephone. This saves time for the Systems Analysts and Programmers, allowing them more time to work on projects for various departments.   This commitment to customer satisfaction is the result of our commitment to a teamwork approach to quality solutions.

Our staff members average over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field.  On board we have: System Analysts, Programmers, PC Coordinators, Network Administrator, and Help Desk Technicians.
