Patricio Jimenez is a full time Assistant District Attorney assigned to the Special Victims Bureau. He is primarily responsible for prosecutions involving particularly vulnerable crime victim and witness populations including victims of domestic violence/assaults, sexual assault and abuse, child abuse, stalking and animal cruelty. In addition to his focus on the prosecution of crimes involving vulnerable victim populations, Mr. Jimenez also has responsibility for representing the District Attorney’s Office in a variety of other felony level matters and proceedings.

Mr. Jimenez has attended several training seminars offered by the New York State Prosecutor’s Training Institute whose focus was the prosecution of domestic violence and sexual assault cases. Mr. Jimenez also completed a course in the investigation of sexual assault cases offered by Corning Community College’s Criminal Justice Department.
